Hi, I’m Annette Comer.

I always love the “about me” page on websites like this because they’re usually written in third person…even though the owner of the site writes them.

So after several attempts to tell you about herself in the third person, she quickly abandoned that approach and decided to write this about page like it was a letter to a friend.

Which…to me, it is in so many ways.

So friend – what do you want to know?

I live in the mountains of Virginia with my husband Keith along with deer, squirrels and chipmunks that regularly frequent our yard.

Maybe that’s not the kind of stuff you want to know.

You’re instead probably wondering, is Annette worth My Time and Attention?

For many of you, the answer is NO.

Here’s why:

I can not make you want to be highly successful.

For some reason, people often think someone else can motivate them and make them have the drive they need to move forward toward higher levels of success.

I get it.  That has been the reason I bought many courses in the past.

I thought I would learn how to quit making excuses and would find the magic bullet to become empowered by just doing exactly what the instructor was doing.  Or that everyone would know my name and I would now be seen as a big success.

Well, I have done really well.

I am able to work across genders and cultures with confidence and I make good money doing it. I have wonderful clients and employees I work with, but both took lots of work, frustration and perseverance to get there.

And it still takes constant learning and changing on my part to keep it all moving forward.

So, if you’re not prepared to commit to five times more effort that you’re expecting, I’m not your gal.

If you aren't willing to be uncomfortable, you’re not going to enjoy working with me or engaging in my programs.

No, I’m not a beat you over the head kind of trainer. But I will challenge you to reconsider how you do things and to develop new skills.

But here’s why I’m telling you this.

Start going down the “Success” rabbit hole, and you’ll see all kinds of programs and articles about needing to do this and that, and all kinds of hype on the latest "be you” approach.

Does some of it work?

Probably. In the short term. But if you only rely on that, you don’t have a solid foundation of skills to create rapid and lasting transformation to compete and succeed in a male dominated business world.

And in the end it is a waste of time and money.

If you’re looking for someone to tell you only what you want to hear, I am not the right person to help you.

It’s important you understand what I’m telling you.

When I hear someone say, “I want someone to empower me as a woman”, what I’m really hearing is, “I’m not fully invested in the long term success of my career, of my business, of my relationships…and am therefore not fully invested in the long term success of my life.”

And that really translates to “I am waiting for someone to give me permission to go after what I want.”

Look, personal transformation to become a leader others love is HARD WORK. Yes, it’s uncomfortable at times. And sometimes you have to hear things you don't like to hear. But I promise I will always be truthful and tell how it is. And what you need to do to thrive to be just like you imagine. Strong. Confident. Limitless.

But that takes HARD WORK to create and it takes HARD WORK to continue that transformation.

You’re Still Here? Good.

Here’s what you can expect from me.

Actionable strategies and tactics you can use in your daily journey toward success, for free…which is usually followed by:

Blatant challenges to invest in yourself.

Pretty simple, right?

But you still might be wondering…

How Do I Know If Your Stuff Is Any Good?

Well, the thing to do is to listen to some of the folks that have worked with me. You’ll find this on the product pages.

If you like what you see and hear there, you’ll probably like my trainings too.

But I think I’m suppose to do the “biography” thing at some point, so here it goes:

I started my career as a young mechanical engineer in a workplace where I was the only female professional.  I heard a lot of “should nots” (like you “should not” wear makeup).   I was often ignored, tuned out and compromised.

And I was often lonely.

Finally, my 29 year old brain said I'd had enough “should nots”. I decided conventional boundaries would no longer hold me back.

So my attitude changed but my feelings of not being good enough did not.

I stopped waiting for my company to make me good enough.  So I invested in myself whenever I could and decided I was the one who had to be in control of my future.

As I moved through the next 10 years, I moved into every position available in corporate from project engineering to production management to research development and management.

And everywhere I looked, there were lots of men…but not many of me.

While in corporate, I got 2 patents even though I didn’t have a PhD. I was awarded the Woman Of The Year by The National Professional Association of Professional Women.

While working in management for someone else, I pursued being my own boss using my entrepreneurial spirit and started my first company. Then came a second company, followed by a third and a fourth.

I authored the bestselling book “Rescue Me! How To Save Yourself and Your Sanity When Things Go Wrong”, teaching real solutions and tools to work through tough business situations.

At the same time, I became a student of the world.

I studied at five international universities – best thing I ever did except for marrying my husband :) - and went on to transform executives and entrepreneurs in North and South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

(Guess you can tell I am driven :))

Fast-forward to today and I’ve got customers and clients all over the world.

Here’s What I Will Help You With, Specifically

My main focus is to help you develop the skills, the strategies and the processes you need to make a personal transformation in 5 key areas.

1) to learn how to leverage your intuition so opportunities are not missed

2) to have a mindset that is trained for risk, winning and endurance so you don't burn-out, stress out and tune out.

3) to have a developed personal radar system so you don't get blindsided by people and situations

4) to communicate in a way that others see you, hear you and respect you

5) to exude an executive presence that WOWs and leaves you unforgettable as a leader

These 5 keys are the HOLY Grail to becoming everyone's favorite leader.

Here’s my Message To You:
